2025 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES:

Within New Zealand (NZ Post Overnight): Monday 22nd December, before 1pm NZST.

Australian Orders (DHL Express): Thursday 18th December, before 1pm NZST.

International Orders (DHL Express): Monday 15th December, before 1pm NZST.

Orders and returns/exchanges received after 1pm NZST Wednesday 24th December 2025 will not be shipped until Monday 5th January 2026 as the team take a well deserved break.

We strive to offer New Zealand's best courier delivery options.

All options are Track & Trace with a signature on arrival.

FREE - Economy delivery via Courier Post Overnight Service

Delivery timeframe:

1-2 working days for residential & business addresses

2-3 working days for rural addresses

$30 NZD - DHL Express

FREE - Orders over $100

Delivery timeframe - 2-3 working days.

$45 NZD - DHL Express

FREE - Orders over $300

Delivery timeframe - 5-10 working days.

All orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm then it will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

We do not ship during the weekends or on public holidays.

All orders will be updated with a tracking number for each purchase when processed.

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders are shipped with NZ Post, using a Duties & Taxes Unpaid service. THREADS cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.

If the package is returned to THREADS, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
