Shipping Policy

North Island Delivery - order before 1pm Wednesday 20th December.

South Island Delivery - order before 1pm Monday 18th December.

Australia Delivery - order before 1pm Friday 15th December.

Rest of the World Delivery - order before 1pm Monday 11th December.

Orders and returns/exchanges received after 1pm Friday 22nd December will not be shipped until Tuesday 2nd January. Our Threads team is taking a well deserved break this holiday season.

We strive to offer New Zealand's best courier delivery options.

All options are Track & Trace with a signature on arrival.

FREE - Economy delivery via Courier Post Overnight Service

Delivery timeframe:

1-2 working days for residential & business addresses

2-3 working days for rural addresses

$30 NZD - DHL Express

FREE - Orders over $100

Delivery timeframe - 2-3 working days.

$45 NZD - DHL Express

FREE - Orders over $300

Delivery timeframe - 5-10 working days.

All orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm then it will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

We do not ship during the weekends or on public holidays.

All orders will be updated with a tracking number for each purchase when processed.

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders are shipped with NZ Post, using a Duties & Taxes Unpaid service. THREADS cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.

If the package is returned to THREADS, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
