Threads Exchange Policy:
We are not obligated to refund your money if you have changed your mind on a purchase, so please choose carefully.
If you return your purchase within 15 days with original tags intact we will happily exchange the item for something of equal or greater value.
If the item is faulty we will repair or replace the item with another of the same. If we are unable to repair or replace we will refund your payment.
Please choose carefully as there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on sale items.
Want to return an item?
First of all we apologise that your item did not work out.
BEFORE returning the item, please email email@example.com and let us know the details of the return to ensure we have the replacement in stock.
Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of purchase with the exception of discounted or sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused in brand new condition.
For returns, customers will be granted an online credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned or can be simply exchanged for another size. A shipping bag & label will be generated upon request of a return or exchange.
